We Are Scientists – Inaction
This is their second single (from what I’ve heard) for the album, With Love and Squalor which was out in January. Pretty good video, but I like the direction by Akiva Schaffer a little bit more. Don’t get me wrong though, this is a good video and awesome song, so watch it!

I believe that avoiding ready-made foods would be the first step in order to lose weight. They could taste very good, but highly processed foods contain very little nutritional value, making you take more only to have enough vigor to get over the day. In case you are constantly eating these foods, switching to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you to have more electricity while feeding on less. Good blog post.
