These are two of my favorite shows so I thought I’d jump on the bandwagon and post this up.

This video was made all on lead singer Juliette’s cell phone. Sexy and great video. If you want to get more of 8MM head to the archives to grab some mp3’s and read how much I like them.
They have been getting all kinds of media exposure the past many months - including songs on primetime television shows. They will also be played on tonights Grey’s Anatomy which is supposed to be “an episode not to miss.” At least that’s what the commercials are saying - I don’t watch the show. I’m all about HOUSE. Awesome for them - make sure to pick up the album.

Just found via Mooch director/producer Kris Moyes who has created some amazing videos for some awesome bands. Spotlight today: Softlightes - Heart Made of Sound. Such an amazing time consuming video and it is brilliant for this song. I mean really, it’s good. Kris, great video.

With the dawn of the new Bloc Party album soon upon us here is the video for the first single. It popped up last week and well I just caught it this morning. I love the video - it’s an amazing concept. I don’t know how I feel about the song yet. I mean it’s good, but I don’t know if I love it just yet. Let me know what you guys think.

Lily Allen is a wicked sexy girl. I emphasize the wicked especially for this video. Just watch it’s great. She’s awesomly mean. Did I also mention she’s hot and her music gets stuck in your head. More on her later.

I love band made videos. It gives you a little raw taste of some of the fun they have and how they are together. Greg in the band shot and edited this and was kind enough to release it for everybody to watch. If you are an Oohlas fan this is a must watch.

Wellllll cause it’s pretty funny and it’s the evening why not some Tenascious D? I’m looking forward to the movie coming out November 22. I have no doubts that it’ll be hilariousssss.
I caught wind of this video this weekend and have been enjoying it lately. Polus is four guys from Long Beach with their debut EP out on iTunes now. They’ve been playing with another great band, Mezzanine Owls and getting media attention. Their rock melodies are beautiful and inspiring. Hopefully we’ll be seeing more of them in the future.

This is video 1 of 3 of the Young Love video hype release hype video’s. Uhhh. Anyways, I actually heard of these guys a while back and never wrote about them because there were no mp3’s I could find at the time. I mean I wanted to write about them, because it’s fun dance rock - but I didn’t because I really hate streaming audio. Yet here I am, sharing with you a new band to hype. Mark my words for now - this band will get big in the next 2-3 months. Why you might ask? Because it’s rediculously fun to dance and electro pop rock is way in right now. I mean just look at the Shiny Toy Guns. (All over the radio and tv, and I’m over them but that’s a new topic all together.)
But in all reality I’m writing about this band because these videos are hot. Way hot. Part 2 of 3 is way hotter in my opinion which you can watch here on YouTube.

I’ve got alot of videos this week - what would we all do without YouTube? I’m also pretty busy with exams and classes so sharing videos is pretty easy. That is also a pretty rediculous statement considering they exploded in popularity this past year. Anyways, check out this hilarious video for Dirty On Purpose “No Radio.” Sombrero hats at the end is great.

There is no short of great music videos as of late. This is no exception. Beautiful story, and girl by the way. The effects of each of the band members playing within the pictures on the wall is especially awesome.
