Awhile back I wrote up on Grizzly Bear here and I am never ceasing to be pleased. Today I found a Girl Talk remix of Grizzly Bears “Knife.” I don’t remember how I found it - just doing the usual internet “surfing.” Great track especially if you’re like me and like both Girl Talk and Grizzly Bear. Honestly I don’t know of anybody else that is doing stuff like Girl Talk. Somebody please tell me if there is more guys out there doing crazy remixes.

Way back in early 2006 I wrote about these guys and just yesterday they released a little taste of their new album. No label yet - yet they say they are going to send them off to some labels. Take a listen - I’m really into “All These Accidents” right now.

I’ve had the pleasure of listening to Pablo for the last while keeping a secret in a way. Honestly I don’t listen to folk ish type music that often but when I do I love it. Heres some exciting news today that The TripWire brought to my attention. There are now a couple of remixes available FOR FREE on theeraser.net How amazing is this? Quite since long ago I got a DMCA take down for tying to share, along with many others.

Here’s the catch, they are only available for a short time, (a week) so grab them while their hot and the servers can barely handle it. The songs are wicked crazy I really don’t know how to handle it… it’s probably best to just listen for yourself.

I know that their album came out a bit ago, but I keep forgetting to write about these guys. What to say what to say… well for starters they are a UK band, and if you read this blog often you know that I’m a fan of foreign bands. Lately it’s been Australian bands like Van She and The Presets. Now it’s time for some more UK bands.

I don’t really know who to relate with Boy Kill Boy, maybe if anybody the Editors because of Chris’s powerful vocals. You would also like if you like The Futureheads. Every song on the album is rock, yet dance-able at the same time. Perfect party music.

Right now Boy Kill Boy is touring all over, check them out I bet they would be a great band to see live.
