I went out to see Division Day and Rocket last night at the Beauty Bar in San Diego. I didn’t bring the camera so all words and no pictures for you guys. I really like the Beauty Bar in San Diego. SD needs a place like that. The one in Hollywood is cool too, but I havn’t been to the one in Vegas or I guess one in SF aswell. It’s a fun venue, go when you can.

On to the music… Rocket, you girls are way cute. All dressed up and singing your glam pop punkish songs. One thing, lead singers red boots (as pictured above) were killing me. You looked way hot in that tiny dress and I’m glad later I saw you put on some different shoes. Rocket played a fun set and everything was especially awesome when the keytar came out.

Division Day played a great set as they usually do the various times I’ve seen them. It was also cool to hang out with Kevin (drummer) and overall just have an awesome time. The Beauty Bar is now my choice place to go when in town. Plus they have Newcastle on tap which is always amazing. Don’t go expecting great audio, but it’s intimate and fun.
