The Black Angels formed in 2004 in Austin yet I just found out about them last week thanks to JAX and they make good music. It’s psychedelic alt rock that really does make you think about the 60′s. Their EP that came out in October 2005 is good and I’m sure the full length album Passover will be good which is set for an April 11 release date. They have a tour this month and a show planned for SXSW 06, for that information check out the bottom of this post.
