Every now and then I throw on Sean Lennon’s latest cd/dvd album Friendly Fire and I love every song. The accompanying DVD is equally amazing. Each track off the cd has a music video that is seperate from the others yet they are all interconnected. The cinematography is beautiful and the story etched from the lyrics. The album was actually the first I’ve heard Sean Lennon; I knew he was around and is John Lennon’s son yet never thought to give him a listen. You can hear John in each song, yet Sean has his own style and sound that I appreciate. Simply amazing vocals and artistic ability that only so many musicians have. Listen and watch for yourself and let me know if you agree.

You won’t remember me but I used to be the manager at The Cresset in Peterborough, UK. You appeared there with No Sweat (late nineties). The gig was superb and your drumming outstanding.
