La Rocca is an Irish rock band. Need I say more? Being Irish/Scotish I feel akin to these four dudes, but I’m really not… especially since I don’t play and instrument. [Oh No!] I took a listen to their Sing Song Sung EP months ago, and didn’t pay as much attention to them as I should have. Their debut album, The Truth comes out tomorrow ( August 8 ), with a show at the Hotel Cafe in LA on August 10 to celebrate the release.
Their sound reminds me a bit of Jet, (as far as vocals go) but moreso alternative rock rock. They incorporate a bit of piano with guitar solos and a bit of intense singing. Give a listen, you may just find yourself taping your leg and dancing a bit.

I love them… My first song was “Non Believer” which is also a soundtrack of “One Tree Hill4″ (By the way great show!!!) and it’s my favorite song, another great one! so my basic advice is get the album ’cause it’s worth every penny…
