I like Film School. Cool band with a couple albums out based San Francisco. I actually just found this band this morning, well sorta morning and it was perfect sounds. Since it was so perfect I couldn’t help but post them up and spread the goodness of this softish indie, psychedelic rock. I do have to confess, Finch was on my playlist next so I then got kinda rowdy, but then went back to Film School. You can read their bio and some more info here!

[…] I made my triumphant return to Cinespace last night for The Films and Persephone’s Bees. The Films have some great indie dancey rockey songs. Remember, The Films are not to be confused with Film School who are also an excellent band. As for the show, The Films you are cool, but the sound was royally effed. My ears were hurting, something was messed up - which unfortunately when the sound is below par, the band unfortunately suffers. Either way it was cool to see them again. […]
